L&rsquo;entreprise collecte de la TVA sur son chiffre d&rsquo;affaire\u00a0et d\u00e9duit la TVA pay\u00e9es sur ses charges.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">En Israel le taux de TVA est de 17 % depuis d\u00e9cembre 2018, comme en France les exportations sont exon\u00e9r\u00e9es de TVA ainsi que certains biens et services (fruits et l\u00e9gumes, location aux particuliers, assurances..)<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">La TVA est \u00e0 payer par les entreprises avant le 15 du mois suivant pour les entreprises dont le chiffre d&rsquo;affaire d\u00e9passe 1.5 Million de NIS\u00a0et une fois tous les 2 mois pour les autres entreprises. Les entreprises dont le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 99.000 NIS sont exempt\u00e9es de TVA (en h\u00e9breu, <em>osek patour<\/em>).<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Notre cabinet se chargera pour vous de l&rsquo;ouverture du dossier TVA pour votre entreprise ainsi que de la t\u00e9l\u00e9d\u00e9claration et du t\u00e9l\u00e9paiement mensuel.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9trang\u00e8re doit obligatoirement nommer un repr\u00e9sentant fiscal pour la d\u00e9claration et le paiement de la TVA en Israel.
